Suggest you go back into the archives....

Probably best if you avoid the early six cylinder models, but again all problems have been discussed on here previously.......

You have to have deep pockets £2000/£3000pa seems pretty normal for maintainance/servicing.....

Mine's cost me next to nothing so far (apart from petrol and insurance), but I don't thrash it everywhere.

It really depends how you drive and how many miles you clock up - tyres are about £600 a set, a clutch is close to £1000 (but should last 30k miles if you don't abuse it too much), major service was done on mine just before I bought it so won't be a problem until July 2005 and minor service is not too bad for price (about 3-500 depending where it's done and what needs replacing).

Apart from abuse and damage they are pretty cheap to run by super car standards.

So far (Tuscan's my 2nd TVR) so good and I'm planning to sell soon and get my third - a shiney new T350C
