EFI fault

Hi,

A friend of mine with a Tuscan has a problem and hope you can help.

A few secs after starting the display shows EFI fault and the following codes show: 12111 and 12112.

He has tried to find out there meaning with no luck, the car runs fine with no signs of any faults.

Any ideas?
