What in the blue blazes is a "TVR TUSCAN MK3 S 2007 WAVY DASH"?

Still we should draw some comfort from the fact that is was "built under Russian controwl so higher standard than the old tuscans" and that "the steerimg suspetion electrical and engine problems that exist in the earlier Tuscans were all sorted out in this model" - whatever they may be.

He's even asking himself questions and answering them at the bottom. What a total t*sser! No pictures, no mileage, no history, does he really think someone's going to bid for this!!!!
