All you guys who have fitted de cat pipes do you inform your insurance companies look forward to the feedback

I informed my broker when I decatted mine. I would suggest you let them know, because it is immediately obvious if the cats have been removed and insurance companies will use any excuse not to settle a claim.

My broker agreed I hadn't increased performance of the car, because I hadn't had the ecu chipped. They just charged me a small admin fee to amend the policy.
