Hi
I have a Tamora which I am told has Tucan seats.
The problem I have is I cannot release the air from the back reset, can anyone help.
I have pressed the botton next to the pump nothing happens also I have tried to remove the back of the seat by removing the two screws at the bottom of the back rest but appears to be held from behind the tamora badge at the top does this come off. any help would be greatful.

The badge is usually just stuck on. There are a couple of fixings behind the badge to hold the seatback on.

Another option may be to pull the rubber pump (ball) off the rubber tube to release the air. Seems a bit drastic to take the sit back-off given the valve is in the hand pump ball?
