Tuscan S Mk1 - Front Splitter bolts sheared

I found that my front splitter was hanging on by only three bolts - two at the drivers side rear of the splitter (instead of four spread across the splitter)and the front central fixing that connects to a hanger that comes off the chassis.

From a quick look the two missing bolts have sheared. Does anybody know how the bolts attach to the car given I am unable to see what they connect into - looks like a fibreglass section, but I am assuming there is a chassis fixing or is there a nut or are they self tapped into the black fibreglass box section?

Also from looking at some of the carbon fibre alternatives they seem to have different hole patterns as if they are simply screwed on with self tapers into the fibreglss undertray?

lift the lower bonnet and put your radiator upright.
you'll have an answer too all youre questions

Thanks Rens and good to see you back - you may have guessed I am not overly technical. But with this clue at least I know where to start taking things apart.
