Yep - I sold the Tuscan.

What a fantastic car it was (still is actually), but I just fancied a change.

Anyway, I got a Chimaera as a PX as part of the deal so I still have a TVR and, to be honest, the Chim is better suited to Island driving - the Tuscan was just a little tooooooo scary for these narrow, granite wall lined roads!

Hmm, still fancy a T350 though!

I hope the new owner has as much fun as I did. If you see a venezian blue Tus reg E??TVR give him a flash and a wave

Rick,
Glad to see you're still a part of the big family,
I've just returned from a weekend in Guernsey stayed at Hotel Houge du Pommier, I'm still to faint hearted to bring the Tusc across, the lanes are far better suited to two feet or two wheels. If anyone out there enjoys walking or cycling I cannot think of anywhere else better suited. I did see a couple in a Yellow Vixen? went past a bit quickly though.

Best Regards,

James Sim.

Ah, the Venezian Blue one was yours. I said to Mrs Dai Capp that if I was able to spec my own TVR that would be very high on the list of colours I'd go for. It was a very good looking car.

BTW Henley Heritage had a T350 in stock in that colour last time I looked - not wanting to put temptation in anyones path...

All the best

I think it's gone now. It is a cracking colour I have to say. Pity they don't put a V8 in the Tuscan/T350.

Anyway, I'm happy with the Chim at the moment (but I know myself too well so that'll probably be up for sale soon ).

Nice place and only a few minutes walk from my house. Excellent resaurant there too!

You should have given me a yell and we could have met up for a drink etc............next time.

BTW, we're over in Jersey on Liberation day - staying over night at the Merton.

Hi Rick,
I couldn't reply any earlier as my profile kept being rejected " not recognised", however if you fancy a beer we'll certainy be up for it, we normally do the Liberation Walk in the morning to work up a thirst, then require the services of the Rickshaw to get us home.
I'll email you some contact no's nearer the time and if you are able to slot in some relaxation time you can give us a buzz.

Best Regards,

James Sim.
