I'm a great believer in getting parts at the right price. I guess it's the Scottish upbringing. Does the Tuscan use a VDO 0-10bar unit, which can be sourced very cheaply, or do I have to fork out a fortune to the "specialists"?

I bought the VDO sender but it did not work unfortunately. The readings were 40% lower than the original. Perhaps something to do with seize of the unit (Pressure readings are not equal).
Do not buy it.

Sounds like it was the wrong winding resistance.

It would be great to find a non leaking cheaper alternative. But than you have to buy a bag of different sensors and test them all.

The big question is the original source of this item. It it from a Saab 900 perhaps? Or is it special made for the Speed Six engine
