All Aluminium Interior Mk1

Have been having a flick through the classifieds and there's a mk1 listed with a special order all aluminium interior. Think it looks superb, anyone know if any of the parts are available to do this yourself?

Don't know wether it was a special order or not.
My Mk.1 S also has an all aluminium interior - assume you mean the control knobs etc?

I guess the best people to ask would be D&C trim in Blackpool?

yes it was a factory option, circa 2003/04, relatively rare I would suspect.

My car is the Spectraflair 4.3 in the classifieds. As mentioned, the dash was a special order option for the last couple of years of the mk1, but very rarely ordered. Other than mine, Piquet's is the only other one I've seen.

Imo the gold looks much better cant see why one would order the ali?

I think both look good, I wouldn't want to pay more for the all Ali option though to be fair.

My 2003 Tuscan S has an all-alu interior, and according to the original bill of sale etc, it's not listed as an extra option.....

I have to say, the full aluminium looks very good - especially with the black trim..

But its all a matter of preference, right?

Mine had a combo although i suspect it had the cluster changed at some time. The speedo and pod buttons were all silver while the windows/heater were gold.
