Boot won't open so can't get to fuel filler.
Sitting at Abington services waiting for the RAC.
It has been a bit temperamental once or twice before but all I usually do is open and close the passenger door and it seems to reset.
This time though the passenger door won't open either.
Someone told me where to find the emergency boot release (one of 2 places) but looked in both places and can't locate it at all.
I know people are always a bit wary of posting advice on this issue on an open forum but if anyone has any suggestions please do email me. I reckon I've got a good hour before the RAC turn up and my guess is they'll be able to do nothing anyway.

Thanks Froggie. Replied.

All's well that ends well.

To cut a long story short, as my breakdown chap was stood there scratching his beard, a chap from the AA rocked up uninvited, listened to the problem, found and retrieved what I was looking for inside 5 minutes, then just jumped up, winked at me, said "next time join the AA" and disappeared.

Weird. I emailed you yesterday but there's no sign of it in my sent items. I'll try again later as soon as I get a bit of time.

Brad, I emailed you last night. Have you checked your email? Is your email address on the site still current? A copy of the email was forwarded to me and is sitting in my inbox, so I can send it again if necessary.

Time to bring this to an end me thinks, OP got his problems solved and It's only a matter of time before someone posts sensitive information for ALL to see on a public website.
