Does seem cheap but I'm sure the seller has been totally up front and honest.

That seems a realistic starting price for an early car at 60k miles, without a recent rebuild. He's listed a few niggly faults pretty honestly, and I'm sure it will go for a bit more than 9k in the end.

I could see why someone would buy this and spend 10k making it into exactly the car they want, equally I can see why someone would spend 10k more for one that's already sorted.

Does seem cheap (as long as its not on the register), but I would defo be getting the likes of Rob Ingleby to give it a good going over. With a bit of TLC would be a nice car and even if it needs a rebuild you would probably more or less get your money back.

It *doesn't* - that's what I was getting it. It's cheap because there's probably an unquantified risk attached to it.
