Hi,

I can start my tuscan but it wont turn off. And sometimes the ignition turns on by its self. It was quite damp around the footwell. I think i have traced the problem back to the fuse box.

Can I take the fuse box appart to dry it out?

Has anyone done this?

Thanks Darren

You can 'unbolt' the fusebox from its mountings (3 off 10mm bolts IIRC).

That will allow the box to drop onto the footwell/to the extent of the loom. I guess some heat from a hairdrier would help to dry it out....otherwise a good electrical spray would do a similar job.

Can't quite get my head around how this is going to help? Have you checked the ignition switch/key barrel?
