I've been using Goodyear Eagle F1's - if you can find some of them on a bit of a deal , I'd definitely recommend them.

I am ack home tomorrow so will look at the sizes of the spare set of PZero's that I have in the garage and check how much tread I have on the ones on my car. If the ones on my car have a reasonable amount, I am sure we can do a deal.

set-up has to be looked at - Ride height is wrong, way too low thus wearing the inside edge.

tappet clearance, oil, gearbox etc ok ? In the process of getting the rocker cover off but one of the cover capheads is rounded off, so I am guessing the valve clearances haven't been done for a while.
The new plug leads were stuck in and I had to use a hole cutter to get them out. Plugs are now changed!

On the upside I like a challenge and it goes like a cat on a hot tin roof..........

PS I have also have a new head that will be polished, ported, and modified so that it will be quicker than all the garage queens ;-)
