It could be the switch?

Could someone inbox me on how to get in my boot please?

It could be the switch but could also be the solenoid that operates the release. I've just had to replace mine and got a new one from Maplin for 8 quid.

Goes through passengers door ecu can try swapping door ecu,s side to side

do you stil hear a sound when pushing the button ?
if not
it's a sellenoid or the little button on the left side of youre pod/steering wheel
(door immobiliser).
