Because if you have a question about a Jago kit car then you may go to this website: http://www.mobit.co.uk/jago/index.htm , after searching on google or another search engine. You may then click on the discussion forum by selecting the picture of a 'Geep' next to the 'Discussion Forum' text on the right hand side of the webpage. This is a link to this forum where you see other peoples postings and then you may join and post your question. You wouldn't notice that this is a hidden forum that is not linked to pistonheads and therefore its existance is barely known and would struggle to see why there is no activity currently. PetrolTed maybe organised the link to increase activity on Pistonheads and it saved the Jago Owners Club website from having to make a forum and may increase popularity. Although this is guess work so I could easily be wrong.
Alternatively you may be an old member who has/ or is still interested in, Jagos and posts something years later without realising the forum is now hidden, perhaps through their history or bookmarks. But again, I don't really know so perhaps somebody who does could answer properly.
