Anyone know what type of inertia seat belts I can fit to my Geep?? I have old 'static' type ones fitted at the moment and want to change them.
I would love to fit harnesses at some stage but reading some of the reports on this site it seems a bit too much trouble!!!

You can adapt many types of inertia seat belt, always ensure the routing of the belt allows it to sit flat with no twists. Personally mine has LDV Freightrover 400 fronts with Fiat uno rears at the back. Make sure that the reel sits in the same position in your Geep as the original donor, `cos thats v. important to the correct operation of the belt. Commercial panel vans certainly provide long enough belts, just check them really carefully if from a breaker. I think Britax still do universal ones new, but when I last looked they were pricey. Stafford vehicle components do new ones www.s-v-c.co.uk

Yes basically most inertia belts will fit.
As already stated there are different lengths, some car ones being too short by far.
Commercial ones do tend to be of a better length.
