Seems I put my foot in it and upset a few people.

I'm sorry for that.

I'm working on sorting it all out as the option of closing the club before it makes its 25th Anniversary is not one I accept.

if you want to discuss this with me please
email me at: tonyc@boldfish.co.uk

I have skype IM but not Voice user ID: boldfish

Please don't phone or visit, for personal reasons that's not an option.

I'm interested to hear any concerns you have and will be making a further statement in writing to all members shortly.

Please don't judge future performance on recent events. The jago owners club was great once, and will be great again.

I personally don't know who you have managed to upset, but I don't really care.
The fact that the JOC is still here and indeed seems to be getting stronger than it has been in years is a testament to you and the other stalwarts that have been the driving force for quite a long time.
I hope to be a proud part of this rejuvinated group and enjoy a good few years of happy Jagoing.
My thanks to you and all committee members past and present.

Knowing that you have been involved with the club from MY first time around means that you havent upset me, more given me hope that the club will see it`s 50th.

Stand easy folks.

A hiccup caused by my blunt manner and email misunderstandings on all sides, has been amicably resolved and we're back on track.

I've not been active on the committee for many years and it's for the best that it stays that way

I've been scouring the web and found several lists that show me as head of the club (I was wondering why people kept sending me requests to join - lol!)

I've asked the new committee to make sure that people don't get the wrong impression in future and promised to stay in my back seat.

They have my full support and encouragement and I urge you to give them yours.

I'm sure an article for Transmissions from all of you, even if it's just a - "Me and my Geep" short intro - would be very welcome.

Lets make this 21st year the best in the history of the JOC!

Thanks everyone.

Tony.
