Meet end of March

Yes its that time again where me and Alan travel miles to a pub and wait for one other person to turn up.....!

Having moved further South last month to please those who then didnt turn up I thought we would head further North as promised .

Is anybody interested in meeting up around lunchtime on Saturday 26th March ? if this is too short notice we can plan it for or week or two later depending on the interest shown.

A suitable location could be Thirsk , I dont intend to travel up in advance this time so if anyone who wants to come along can suggest somewhere suitable please let me know.

I would travel to Thirsk but not to sure of an open GP in March. Think I would like to leave that one for a month or so. Getting soft since I became a JAGOAP

Seeing as you were one of the first to enquire about a meet further North I have decided to postpone the next meet until mid/late April instead , hopefully we will be blessed with warmer weather for our open air fetish!

I had completely forgotten it was the Easter weekend and with the trip to Stafford I had left it a bit late anyway to make an announcement.

It now gives me a bit longer to find a suitable venue (any suggestions?) plus I might have my friend's Geep on the road by then too. It will also give members who cant get to Stoneleigh a chance to bend my ear with any comments/suggestions before the club's first major show of the year.

So thats it......NO March Yorkshire Pub meet , roll on April......date/exact location to be confirmed - watch this space!
