One here for Tonkaland perhaps...for anyone wishing to contribute an article for publication in Transmissions, considering the marvellous age of technology we live in, are we able to include photos?

Yes Gerry , Photos can be accommodated within articles , so if you are putting pen to paper why not grab your camera at the same time....

This month's issue is with the printers now ,I trust all existing members have returned their renewal forms as this is used to update the club database and mailing list.

Regarding articles for the next issue you can either hand them to me at Stoneleigh or Newark or email them to me - editor@jago-owners-club.com

Hi Ian

If you wouldnt mind sending an email to Alan (membership@jago-owners-club.com) he will be able to deal with your request and ensure your up to date contact details are held on file.

Cheers

Membership forms by email in future sounds like a good idea. How feasible is that then Mark?

Its only feasable upto a point - not all members are on 'tinternet so snail mail still matters.
Maybe we could trial the idea next year for members who would prefer renewing online - it would certainly reduce paperwork.

Hi Boys

"Membership forms by email in future sounds like a good idea. How feasible is that then" - Mr Frosty asked ??

Seems feasible to me to send such forms electronically. It is , now, part of the goverment's agenda for this to happen. I now receive bank. telephone and council tax bills this way. Forward with the future ( except for my 1973 1300cc engine )

Alan sent forms to me ny email (as a trial i think) so its on its way.

If JOC were to get a paypal account as well the whole process would be automated!

Roll on the electronic revolution!!!
