Tell me about it, i cannot tell you the ammount of times my dust caps have been taken.

They have even tried having a goo at the spare wheel on the back.

My advice would be to Garage it if you can at night, if there have took the areil during the day thn we have no hope.

I just hate it when scum-bags won't leave other people's stuff alone. I caught two local charmers having dust caps away from my neighbours pride and joy....they went away empty handed on that occassion but not before one of them gave me a mouthful of insults.
Having a car nicked or key'ed ain't much fun either, and I've had both, no doubt if I vent my views I'll have the lentalists and do-gooders going off on one.

Lol at the lentalist thing...

Would be handy to have it garaged but the garage is currently occupied by my dad's old car- a Peugeot 505 Sti saloon (very very rare machines these in saloon form- we've only ever seen one other one). That's also awaiting restoration, but then I clapped eyes on the Geep.....

I used to park my jeep at work where it was safe, or so i thought!! As my jeep is a soft top only and it has a canvas top and doors that roll up with zips on (but no locks on it) I would check it when i started shift and find that the zips had been tampered with and they had split. It would wind me up and require some paitence to fix it. Some times if i was working near my jeep some blokes would walk in and say is this your beast and without thinking undo the zips (on the jeep) and id snap at them what the f do you think you are doing! and they would say things like, im just having a look or just seeing what it is like inside. My polite version would be: Do i go and open the door on your car if i want to look at it or break the lock of to see inside, NO i would look through the window so you had better do the same OR stay away. They would walk away in a mood. And that is people who work on the same works as me and not even the every day scum.

LOL....Sorry Donna ,could'nt help but laugh at your plight, what were you doing washing your geep with washing powder anyway ???,only trying to add a little humour...any who ,imagine opening your garage door to find your two wheeled joy injection had been taken out through the carefully removed back window and over a six foot wall " IN THE MIDDLE OF THE F****NG DAY"...AGHHHHHHHHH! did'nt get it back either , although i was told it appeared briefly in the local "traveller" camp... low lifes.
