Can anyone tell me what the expected miles per gallon should be for a 1600 xflow (Mexico?) engined Jago, as I'm only getting about 20 to the gallon? Its on a standard carb.
Also what should the tyre pressures be for 15" wheels?
Thanks.

OK
MPG for most Jago's is around 20 to 26 mpg.
This is mainly down to the aerodynamics (well lack of) of the Geep/Sandero.

It is also partially down to the gearing of the vehicle (rear axle diff ratio) but low to mid twenties is about it for the petrol engines.

Tyres pressures are usually in the region of 20 to 25 psi.
Usually folks find having the front tyres at a slightly lower pressure than the rear works well.
EG 20psi front 22psi rear.

It is a case of a bit of experimenting but never take the pressures lower than 18psi (the lowest recommended pressure Jago listed).

Another factor regarding road holding/comfort of ride when looking at the tyres is the type of tyre.
The tyres should not be commercial type as these can be to stiff for such a light vehicle. Also if you have got a coarse off road type tread pattern then naturally the ride will not be as smooth and in some cases as sure footed under certain conditions (rain/dry roads)as a road biase tread pattern.

I hope this helps you out.
