Ghost Beemer dealership for sale

I'm sure this is well known as a sort of weird legend by now but I just noticed that the ghostly BMW dealership in Canada, abandoned and shut off since 1988 complete with cars is now finally up for sale... if anyone wants a huge building and some delivery mileage (although possibly quite mouldy) BMWs then this might be newsworthy for PH?
