I am thinking of having my Range Rover TDV8 remapped, my main reason is to improve my fuel economy although extra power would be nice, i would be interested to here from anyone who has remapped their TDV8

Yes, JE engineeing are the guys for you.

I wouldn't get your hopes up with fuel consumption, but boy do they shift when mapped - it also idles with less diesel clatter and under full load has a much deeper exhaust note - sounds great for a diesel.

With the JE map, torque goes from 640nm to around 800nm. Been running it for 2 years without any problems.
