I don't know about anyone else, but there looks to be more than a little Grinnall Scorpion IV in there too. An almost litigous amount, in fact.

Yes, there do seem to be quite a few influences. I still think the Scorpion IV influence is particularly strong though.

i think that this is another case of bad photoshoping again. they didn't hace a picture to go with story so Toke a scopion and added a few influences from VW and hey presto we have a picture to go with our story!!

Don't merc have a lean car too that looks much better than the VW and has some real new engineering to it............ Never said that about a Merc before

I love the Grinnal Scorpion 4 shape, but it does have an Audi turbo engine in there...............VW deal somewhere.................

You give me a ready made chassis for my niche car(VW), and I give you an Audi engine for your Kit....................

I wouldn't mind a Grinnal Scorpion 4 with a smaller and more affordable engine though..
