As seen on the Telegraph website this morning...

Looks pretty good to my eyes, and surely it'll undercut BMW/Audi/Merc.
Edited because I don't know how to do a link... Thanks civicduty

Ooh, all this modern tech eh.

Looks fantastic, if you ask me, and notwithstanding the masterfully insightful critique the poster above blessed us with

It looks exactly like what BMW think they could have achieved with their fat and bloated 6 series but this is actually pretty and rather elegant - IMHO. Historically, the last Vauxhalls I liked were in the early 70s and 80s so this marks a watershed for Vauxhall and me.
Massively better than the rump-heavy folding steel roof monstrosities you see chuffing round.

The last Vauxhall I really liked, and owned, was from 1984. Cavalier SRi. 5-door hatch, two-tone paint; Red over Charcoal, lovely Recaro seats, big, (for then), low-profile tyres and a whopping 115bhp from it's non-turbo 1.8 engine. Quite some family car for it's day and took us all over Europe in comfort. Parked in a small Danish town one day and came back to the car to find half a dozen folks round the car - all wanting to know what it was and saying how much they liked it. Denmark, one of the countries where the English language is spoken with more clarity than here in the U.K.
