elise beater???

had a vvv quick look in autocar this morning at the petrol station and they had piccies of a new norfolk £ 30k sportscar - gullwing doors and quicker than an elise???? Began with G - can anyone shed any light on this - what is it and do they have a web site?

Car is a Garaiya and is expected tp cost £30k, which is more than an Elise. 0-60 should take 5.2.

The side window is a mess! Get it changed! So many pretenders try to better the original elise, but they turn out butt ugly.

Apart from that side window I like it. The front is great with a lot of influenece coming from the Ferrari 360 Modena. If they could sort the side window out it would look far more attractive than the Elise S2.

Apparently it is only being desigend in Norfolk, it is actually being made by a Japanese firm (Autobacs) for Japan, but it should come to the UK next year

I preferred it with the wonky window. Just because it's different, doesn't mean it's bad.

I actually prefer a car that's a bit different from the norm. I like the PT Cruiser, not because I think it's a great car (never driven one), but because it's DIFFERENT from everything else on the road. That's got to be worth something.
