I hope not. A lot of people here in Belgium want higher speeds on the motorway at night, like after 10 pm you can drive 140 km/h. But I don't see that coming into law anytime soon. On the other hand, a few politicians would like to reduce the speed in the country to 70 km/h (now 90). And that is slow! I mean, if I'd try driving that speed for one hour straight, I would fall asleep.
