I know its not normal PH stuff but I gotta moan at someone. My wifes Chrysler Voyager developed an immobiliser fault in April and needs a new in car unit.

They wont be in the country until July, sorry August and you might get one then. No we wont lend you a car and yes we will chare full price when it arrives. "Customer Service" and Chrysley do not mix. DO NOT BUY A USED CHRYSLER!

SPREAD THE WORD - THE SHIT$ DESERVE IT! :furious: :furious::furious:

Did you buy used from a Chrysler dealer? If so, did it come with some sort of warranty?

Usually, used car warranties only cover major "mechanical" problems. In which case, yes, you would be charged so not really surprised by that. I could be wrong, however, but that's just my experience of buying used from a dealer.

Not all dealers will provide a courtesy for you either, unfortunately. Rover wouldn't when I used to take my Mini in for servicing etc... but then we saw what happened to them...

Volvo, however gave me one when my 10 year old 850 went in for a sunroof prob recently It may have been a beat up old S40, but it got me to work and back to the dealer in one piece.
