New Road Signs - Very Funny

I wasn’t sure whether to post this here or in the lounge.

As you can see from the first photo a bus got stuck under a bridge in Chelmsford. Now a local with a sense of humour has been putting up new road signs.

Saw this on the news! They also added Woolworths to a trading estate sign

Does that means no pigeons between those hours or does it mean no pigeons expect for those hours?

Ive always found that confusing.
