Confusion reigns once more about this. Let's get it clear: Brilliance China Automotive Holdings is the company whose shares have just been suspended, and have the agreement with BMW. China Brilliance Industrial Holdings is the unquoted company who signed an agreement with MG Rover, and is unrelated to BCAH, apart from that they have (had) the same chairman.
