went to look at a nice cheap tuscan which was well within my budget...........
the reason it was cheap was because it was taaty as hell!!
anyhow, ive now found a minter, at 10 grand more than i planned to spend, but hey, its only money!

well, insurance has got me stumped, ive found a quote via the internet for around £600. f comp. 33 years old 1 claim, full claims discount, its just that, well........ it seems too good to be true!

anyone out there got any recomendations or ideas for insurance companys??

Sounds pretty good quote to me . I am paying a bit more with Privilege... they are pretty sound in my experience.. so might be worth you trying them for a quote for a benchmark

I would grab that price with both hands mate, i'm about to do the same on a standard Tuscan - 11 points (don't ask), no NCB, 25 and live in central London...it's ten times the price of your quote! The points alone have cost me £2800 - but hey, it's only money!

We pay a similar amount (£650) for our 2005 Tamora. Full NCB, car parked outside.

This post make me not fill good. I have only been driving for about 1 year. Anyway, I am paying £750 on a Fiesta 1.4 16V.

Now, how does that make you fill. A lot better I bet.
