Correct: Mobile phones in use by mentally numb housewives driving 15,000LB SUVs... I almost got hit head on when one blew a red light the other day - I was in the turning lane trying to complete a left turn and had to hit reverse to avoid getting destroyed.

From what I could tell it was compulsary to have a mobile phone attached to your ear if you were driving in Atlanta.

Im over in the States at the moment and there was a debate on TV about this. The result of a survey showed that the amount of time saved and the business conducted on mobiles whilst driving outweighed the negative effects such as killing someone !!!!! Therefore they are not going to outlaw it

So with that argument in mind, can't they remove the speed limits, as the amount of time saved and the business conducted because of the extra time outweighs the negative effects such as killing someone?
