name and shame

do we have a specific place to name and shame shite companies??? if so where can i put the name of the company i work for,? the windscreen company that is owned by a motoring organisation is so badly run that to get a peice of glass from a neighbor depot they have to send it to birmingham to send back to us!?!?!? just one small example of how to f**k someone off who has had their car broken into,and then they have to wait 3 days for the glass to turn up, then you have to wait 3 days to get a fitting appointment, then you have to hope like hell its the right piece and the guy fitting it knows what he is doing, the worst i have heard of is six months! 2 weeks is very, very normal

yes you are right. I had my car broken in to last week. The company like the one you work for would not come out to replace the glass. When I did take my car round they would not even look at the glass to order the correct type and size without my insurance doc! So I took it to my local garage who charged me including fitting £19.00. Better than the £50 excess I would of had to pay.
