Possibly interesting cars being tested at Nuerburgring

Hi all,

I took these photos during a trip to the Nuerburgring last weekend - the photos were all taken on Friday. Thought I'd post them here and see if anyone can tell me anything interesting about them... the Mini looks longer than standard to me, and may have RX8 style rear doors?? Did I see anything exciting, or are these all well-known prototypes? Any further info would be appreciated - thanks!






This Merc (below) sounded particularly meaty - I'm guessing it's a AMG development?






Possibly a faceifted Cayenne?

the mini is in this weeks autocar - right about the RX-8 doors, and a similar boot arrangement-split boot, hinged on the rear pillars, with a 60-40 split (like a disco3 but rotated through 90deg)
