IOD Supports Road Charging

The Institute of Directors has come out in favour of road charging

Isn't it possible that the Directors could have their companies where there isn't congestion? They're the ones who can make these decisions. Anyway, what about the perennial question of, 'where does our road tax go', coupled with, 'where do our business rates go?' They certainly don't seem to go on road schemes.
