Piloti shoes

Hi all,
Has anyone got these and where did you get them from ?
I ordered a pair of the DTM driving shoes from Motosportmall.com on 7th of Decemember, the tt didn't despatch them and I put in a dispute claim with Paypal. Now he has apparently refunded me.
Bottom line is I really wanted these but I'm a bit put off buying from the States now.
Anyone know where else I can get them ? I Froogled them and went on the Piloti website but all their dealers seem to be in USA, Canada or Japan.

I wouldn't let one seller put you off buying online from others located in the same country.
What about the Canadian dealers?

I know, I've bought plenty stuff from the states, I'm just a bit cheesed off because I really wanted these.

Well, as you've been refunded, use one of the others and get them - since you want them so badly.

It says on the motosport website I've been refunded and the order is now closed but I haven't actually BEEN refunded, that's the problem

Did you pay through Paypal with a credit card?
If not, then it's PP again to help resolve this completely.
If so, then involve your CC company who'll send you some paperwork to fill and make a decision based on your claims.
Equally, contact the company and ask them when the refund was issued and what transaction number was - this'll help your CC trace the refund in case it was made to someone else's account or whatever.

Thx mate, I never thought to contact my credit card company D'oh !
I have got a dispute in progress via Paypal - the seller should have refunded to them because he shouldn't know which card I used, and then it should appear as a credit on my paypal acc. But yeah, I'll back that up with a phone call to Barclaycard tomorrow, cheers !
