not only does the M271 have a roundabout in the middle... now theykeep adding more and more traffic light to create congestion....DOH!

Southampton is famous for this sort of thing. In the city centre last night I wasn't able to advance more than 30 metres at a time on a completely deserted road because of the worst traffic 'control' system in the world. You can see lights ahead of you turning green to allow nothing to go through, and then return to red before you arrive from the last lights. Why can't they make them more intelligent!!?
