bloody good idea.. and let's not forget that there have always been lots of "Lazy scrotes with no interest in education" but previously they've been able to go into apprenticeships, technical colleges etc and learn a trade which they could take up...

The fact that their only choices now are college/Uni or working in a shop or callcentre is the reason they decide instead to rob, vandalise and end up on smack, so this sort of scheme should be encouraged by all.

As such, I don't think the opening comment in the article is at all helpful... if it's an attempt to second guess the opinion of PH readers, then in this case, IMO, the mark has been missed by some margin and it's bad journalistic practice anyway.

I have to agree with CarZee. You can't really call kids lazy when you don't proof read your articles!
