Range Rover Overfinch 7 seat conversion

I currently have a 7 seat ML270 which i have had for about 5 years and, after lots of teething troubles, has been ok and at least practical as i have 3 kids and need 7 seats on a farly regular basis. However the time is nigh for a change and, given Range Rovers plummeting values, i am tempted by an 04/54 reg diesel Vogue which you seem to be able to pick up for about £25-27k with c30,000 miles on the clock. The problem is that it is, of course, only a 5 seater. I have seen that Overfinch do a 7 seat conversion (although it seems very rare to find a car with the conversion done) and i wonderd if anyone had any practical experience of this conversion, ie is it a quality piece of kit? Also does it affect your insurance, obviously you would have to declare it but will you get hammered as it is "non standard" accessory?

Any knowledge gtratefully received! I could of course buy a Discovery but i have always fancied a RR, different league and all that....
