According to F1 Magazine, Button's car is the new NSX-R which is not officially available outside Japan.

If you think that the 'standard' NSX is rare then these things are positively endangered.

The NSX-R is the car which matched the Murcielago round the Top Gear test track.

This is news ??

No doubt Jensen sees the NSX as something cluttering his garage (in whichever house he chooses to put it in)

He drives an F1 car for a living for crying out loud, an NSX-R is snooze fodder for him I should expect.

I should imagine Schumey/Barichello get better company cars !

Better than the car he got from BMW when he was at Williams - 5 Series diesel. Remember he was caught doing 130mph in it (trying to kill it probably and the best thing for diesels too!!!)

Is that your NSX? If so, then I saw you on the track on top gear last week. Cool car!

Beautiful? My verdict would be; could do better. IMHO, it wouldn't take much effort/money to make it into a much nicer looking car; [maxxyP mode]get rid of the headlight washer jets, change the wing mirrors, de-lock it and put clear side indicators on would make it a much better looking car.[/maxxyP mode]

Hi Dick Dastely

Yes it did appear on TOP Gear. I also drove the Jaguar JP 1 as well it was

Here are some videos of the day

Hi FunkyNige

The car is fairly STD at the moment.
Mods done so far:
Mugen Front and rear spoiler
18" Front & 19" Mille Miglia's EVO5 wheel
Bilstein Suspension.
Momo steering wheel
and the NSX 1 plate

When I was off work one day recently Newsround (not sure why I was watching kids TV!) had an interview with Michael Schumacher. At the end the interviewer asked for a lift in his car to which it cut to him getting into an Alfa 147 and him saying, "No, this is much better!"
