Why have such a tart's trinket when you could buy a Ferrari F40 in Rosso Corsa for the same dosh?
PS2 programmers like it too, according to the last time I played GT3. Just can't see the attraction myself. Maybe I need to donut one around Halfords car park to realise what I'm missing.
So has anyone out there driven one?

It is 325k US dollars - I dunno what that is in the queen's currency, just over 200 k.
Too much to pay for this overfussy effort, if you ask me. I suppose posh spice will buy one though.
When you can get a LHD diablo for 40k on mobile.de, these poncey concept car affairs make about as much sense as having 'Louis Vuitton' written in felt tip all over an otherwise perfectly pleasant piece of luggage.
Must admit, I thought the BMW Z8 was similarly daft. I bet Clarkson was itching for an excuse to ditch his order, probably made when under the influence of drinks, cold/flu remedies or his wife.

Evo interest in Zonda's might have something to do with the full advertising page that Pagani have purchased in the past few issues. Having said that, I do think it looks fantastic. But I'm not really bothered because I know that by the time I can afford this, I will have driven every single TVR model!

Best cancel my order then ?
IMHO most recent supercars/sportscars suggest the interior designers either couldn't be ar$ed or that the computer did all the work. The 911 has staggering build integrity but half the interior wouldn't look out of place in a Golf, the Diablo=total tart's boudoir, the 360's just dull and most of the baby sportsters scream kitcar.
Had a lift in a Maserati 3200GT recently, it's got the most "feel good" interior of any car I've ever been in, without resorting to carbon fibre or plastic wood. I love the style of Tivs' interiors, but I suspect the mystery buttons would drive me bananas (more bananas

Jaydee,
I think most TVR owner love these mystery buttons. Honest, you're told once when you pick up the car and then that's it you remember. If you forget, you can always go back to the service book... Although these buttons are small things, they do a lot to enhance the feeling of exclusivity. That's probably because they are visible.
Cheers

Has anyone seen/driven one ?
Haven't got anywhere near driving one, unfortunately, but there was one on display at Le Mans last June. I guess a car like this is never going to be to everyone's taste just because it's so extreme but it certainly has presence. I must say I prefer it to the new Lambo Murcielago.
I haven't seen next month's Evo yet but, IIRC, previous Evo articles reckon it's much better dynamically than comparable cars.
Oh well, it's not like I'm going to be able to afford it for quite some time....
