Newby question

Being a relative newcomer to these forums, could someone tell me how many moderators there are working on here? Noticing that various topics have either been locked or removed entirely, is this a committee decision or that of an individual?

My 2c worth (I'm just a lowly user, nothing to do with the mods whatsoever):
1. Disagreeing with a point of view is acceptable, but don't get personal. Separate the behaviour from the person.
2. If you start a post, state your own opinion & communicate afterwards. Don't post "topic x...discuss" without an opinion, as that's likely to be interpreted as trolling without balls.
3. Keep the topic vaguely car related if possible.

I've done that & it seems to work for me ok so far.
