58 Year Old MS sufferer on Motorway

Did you hear about this idiot?
She was driving down the motorway at 10mph!~!! and Braking!!! Apparently she has been under medical treatment for a fear of driving. When interviewed, she said that without her car, she might as well cut her legs off as she couldn't get about. Perhaps she should think of others whose legs or life she might cut off because she should NOT be on the road!!
She has been banned for 7 days and MAY have to re take her test!!!! Sorry people but if she ever gets her license back I'll give mineup!!!

my wife has ms and has not driven in 18m as the meds make her sleepy she says it not worth the risk
so why did that woman do it?

MS doesn't necessarily make you unable to drive. My OH has it and it doesn't affect her in the slightest. It depends on the characteristics and the severeness of the symptoms. It's not the MS that's at fault, it's her fear of driving.
