New Driving Test

No Doubt this has been mentioned before (I did a quick search and nothing was brought up) but I have just spotted it, apparently the DSA are introducing a new section to the practical Driving section - basic car maintainence.
Now this is all fine and dandy (checks for oil, water levels...) but they aren't extending the test time, so instead of 30mins driving on the roads (where it is important and should really be longer) you'll have 20mins and a test of what you know.
Thats terrible, People will be more likely to luck their way through a shorter test. Gee, attitude to motoring really needs to be shaken up I think.
