This ad has been on air for the last week.
I'm still puzzled however about the revolutionary cigarette ash removal system.
Jerry climbs up the exhaust pipe and pops out inside the car from the ashtray !
Obviously the revolutionary new system in the Mondeo has a clever way of "exhausting" any fag ash straight through the exhaust pipe !
I wonder if it can be used for chewing gum, sweet wrappers or even MacDonalds burger boxes ?

I'd be bl00dy worries if my ashtray was linked to my exhaust pipe. Not a particularly safe car to be in!

I commented on this to the wife when we saw the ad recently, and she told me not to take things so seriously.

At the risk of being completely anal Jerry pops out the cup holder not the ashtray, having an ashtray connected to the exhaust pipe would be silly......

It's OK, I've spoken to the ad people, and apparently a "double" was used for the shot where Jarry comes out of the cup holder... apparently it's artistic licence...

thats handy to know, it;s false advertising - you can't shove a mouse up the exhaust pipe to have it come out of the cup holder...

Exactly what safety features are they advertising? And em, it looks crap. I much preferred the old DRAWN look rather than the crappy CGI effort.
