Isn't there a minimum speed limit on motorways, 45mph or something (I guess excluding when congested).. I guess they will do him for that if he was at the front, all other behind will be clear on the basis that they had to go at that speed. Interesting that they are bothering with it however.

There's no minimum speed for motorways. This is the sign for minimum speed;

If anything they'll probably go for Driving without reasonable consideration for other road users.

Unless they decide to go for the terrorist angle.....

Amazing, or not when I think about it. This thread's been up half a day, and received 3 responses. Not the usual PH stampede to comment them. What an apathetic lot we motoring enthusiasts are. This guys protesting for his well being. Not because he wants to drive for fun. Does this not concern us? Pathetic.

That's probably because it's in News rather than GG.

Yep fair point, always had it in the back of my head that there was on motorways for some reason, would be hard to police however as you could almost always argue it was congested enough that you didn't feel you could go faster. Think I was probable getting confused with a vehicle having to be able to do a certain speed in order to use the motorway....will probably now be told there isn't one of them either hehe
