Fuel Shortage in the Middle East

Just read about this story (Gulf News). Looks like theres a shortage of fuel for drivers in one of the most oil rich countries in the world!

So what are they paying in real money for their diesel? Can't find a conversion rate for their money......

Er... Diesel is 8.60 AED a gallon (26p a litre) compared to 19.25 AED a gallon (58p a litre). Still flippin' cheap though!
