Paddock Hill, The Craners or Copse???

None of the above. Both the Gooseneck and the Mountain at Cadwell need a bigger helping of gonads.
I love Cadwell, it's the first circuit I ever rode/drove, I've probably done more miles on it than every other circuit I've been to put together, and 12 years on it's still (taken as a whole) the best circuit I've ever ridden on - I'd add in Hall Bends (before they cut the trees back, when you had the "green tunnel" effect) as being both intimidating and hugely satisfying. Having said that, if it's just one corner then I've got to go with Paddock Hill for the turn-in-blind-and-ride-off-the-edge-of-the-world factor...--

Having raced round all three, none are quite as intimidating to my mind, at racing speeds anyway, as Coram at Snetterton; it's VERY fast, with grass on the outside (lovely in the wet . . .), then a klovely bank to run into. Paddock always looks to a spectator, far worse than it is to drive, and is in fact, very satisfying to take, especially as you turn in blind. Craner curves are mega fast, but also with a mega run-off, so not particularly brown trowser, and the same goes for Copse. I have spun at the latter two, Craner curves in the wet, and the spin went on for ever, and with luck at Copse, you can usually spin and get going again, unless some silly sod ignores a waved yellow and piles into you (the picture did make Autossport though!)
If you really want a change of underwear moment, Goodwood's the place; very fast, little run-off areas, and nice solid banks just waiting for you nearly everywhere!

Done any (proper) road racing?I did a couple of meetings on the Isle of Man at Jurby South (not the TT circuit which is strictly for big boys and I only ever had a "Clubman" license) - there's a piece of track called The Mile Straight, I don't know why they call it that as it's well over a mile long and has a couple of significant kinks in it. Pinning a bike to the rev-limiter in top on a bumpy manx backroad between dry stone walls when you're in a slipstreaming pack is quite an experience and that's probably not even the scariest bit of the circuit - damned good fun though

I've raced at all three on a bike and Paddock is by far the scariest (and most fun). Get it wrong and your chances of getting hurt are very much higher than the other two.
Having said that a crash on a straight can be much worse as there's typically less run off. Which is exactly what I found out last year when I was punted into some Armco at 90mph or so.

Actually, I'd change mountain for a proper bash round hall bends.
