car battery conditioners

Can anyone assist ? I used to have a battery conditioner which fitted to the car via the cigarette socket. It worked great, but I gave it away (schmock, I know) when I sold the car. Can't find similar on the net, other than ones that fit to the battery itself. Does anyone out there know where these items are still available if at all ?

Halfords used to do a Draper one with croc clips for about £15 - add a lighter plug and you're away.

I use one of these which you can connect via the cigarette lighter. Bought it on-line but can't remember where from, sorry. If you Google the make and model...
