Hollingworth at Ombersley ( aka Midland Ferrari) have today held a meeting to appoint an agent to deal with their voluntary insolvency. As yet details of amounts owed to their creditors have not been disclosed.
Their new premises at Easter Park Kidderminster were still open for business today, however, the company is now called Hollingworth, though it is still known as Midland Ferrari. As yet it is not clear whether this change has resulted from a change of ownership.
